01Information you give us

We collect what you provide directly, which is:

• Your name and contact details (email, phone number)
• Profile information — job title, company, bio, photo
• Social media links and website addresses
• A shipping address, when you order a card
• Payment details, which are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers

02Information collected automatically

When someone opens your profile, or you use the dashboard, we record:

• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• IP address and the approximate country it resolves to
• Usage data — profile views and which links were tapped
• Cookies needed to keep you signed in

03How we use it

• To run the service and keep your profile online
• To process orders and deliver your cards
• To show your public profile to visitors
• To give you analytics about how your card is performing
• To notify you when someone leaves their details
• To improve the product and build new features
• To meet our legal obligations

04What we share, and with whom

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who make the product work — hosting, payment processing and shipping — and with law enforcement where we are legally required to.

Your public profile is, by design, visible to anyone who taps your card or opens your profile address. Only put on it what you are happy for a stranger to see.

05Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and row-level access controls on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

06Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your account and its data, from Settings
• Export your leads and exchanges as a CSV
• Opt out of marketing messages
• Withdraw consent

07Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. The sign-in cookies are strictly necessary — without them the dashboard cannot work. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

08How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Delete your account from Settings and your profile, links, leads and analytics are removed. Order records are retained where we are required to keep them for accounting and tax purposes.

09International transfers

Our database is hosted in Mumbai, India, and some service providers operate elsewhere. Where data leaves the UAE we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards.

10Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do we will change the date at the top of this page, and for anything material we will tell you by email.
